Who can take Well.Actually. products?
All our products are suitable for men and women, and some are also suitable for children. For a detailed description and assessment, please read the individual product description and FAQ.
Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any medications or under medical supervision, please consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this supplement.

Can I take Well.Actually products if I have a diagnosed medical condition?
You should always consult with your GP before starting any food supplement regime, especially if taking any prescribed medication.
Is it okay to take Well.Actually. alongside other vitamins?
It is generally fine to combine vitamin and minerals, as often seen within mutivitamins. In liposomal liquid forms this can create interesting flavour combintations when mixing them in water.
One has to always be mindful of the nutrition you obtain from consuming food, which can also be fortified with vitamins, and if taking other multi vitamin supplements, which may already contain Vitamins that you may be unaware of.
Stay within the Recommeneded dose and within upper limits set by your local authority. We would always advise speaking to a health care practioner who can properly advise on the correct levels for you.
Is there any particular time of the day when its is better to take food supplements?
Yes, there are better times to take certain supplements i.e. Vitamin B12 is best taken in the day. Glutathione is best taken in the evening and Vitamin C is said to be best taken in the morning, or even better spread out over the day.
Let us remember that we consume vitamins and minerals thoughout the day from food and therefore, taking a supplement at any specific time might only provide a marginal difference.
More importantly is to ensure that it fits conveniently into your daily routine, so that you continue to take them regularly.

Can I take Well.Actually. productsif I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
As with all food supplements, it is best to seek medical advice before taking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS BRITISH MADE?
Yes, all of our products are manuafctured in the UK and according to BRC and GMP standards.
What countries do you deliver to?
We mainly deliver to the UK and Europe, but you can double check by selecting your delivery country at checkout.
How can I pay?
At checkout you can use your Visa, Maestro, MasterCard, or American Express cards. You can also pay using Apple or Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
How long does delivery take?
After dispatched, deliveries usually arrive a couple of days later, when selecting the free delivery service in the UK. Deliveries to Europe usually arrive within 3-7 working days after dispatch.

Are my payment details safe?
Yes. Well-Actually.co.uk is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.

Do you accept returns and refunds?
If you'd like to make a return, please email hello@well-actually.co.uk letting us know your order number, name and address, along with why you'd like to return your item(s). We will then provide you with a returns authorisation number and instructions, which is needed before you return your item(s).
I didn’t receive an order or dispatch notification. What should I do?
It's worth checking your spam or junk folders, as emails can often end up there. You can also email us at hello@well-actually.co.uk to confirm your order has been placed.
Will I be charged duty fee?
Our company is based in the UK. All our UK orders are free from duty fees.
Our prices do not include local taxes and import duty – you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges when the delivery reaches your country.
You should also take steps to confirm that the goods you order can be imported to your country.
Import charges and customs policies vary considerably from country to country so we are unable to offer any specific advice. If you are unsure then you should contact your tax authority and/ or your local customs office.
HOW ARE YOU SCIENCE-LED?
Our products are Liposomal which is the latest delivery technique that ensures a higher absorption rate of the nutrients. We feel it is important to be able to produce great products for our customers, which is why we use high quality ingredients to create the most effective formulations to achieve ‘feel the difference’ results. We also strive to make it simple for our customers to understand the science behind the supplements they are taking, as we know finding the right supplements can be a very confusing process.

Our products offer superior absorption because they are delivered in liposomal form. How do we handle returns and refunds
Introduction
We are aware that occasionally you might want to send us a product back.
This policy will be applied to all orders placed on our website.
This document does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer (such as rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Returns
You will nonetheless be entitled to return a product to us and receive a refund in accordance with this policy if:
- We receive notification (via telephone, post or email) within 30 days of the invoice date of your intent of a refund/exchange;
- The returned product is in its original packaging with any labels still attached.
- You comply with the procedure set out in this policy in relation to the return of the product; and
- None of the exclusions set out in this policy apply.
Returns procedure
- In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation response.
- Products returned under this policy must be sent recorded/tracked to Well Actually, 113 Newland street, Witham, Essex, CM8 1BE.
- You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
Refunds
- We will give you a refund (or exchange) for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you in accordance with this policy.
- We will not refund to you the original delivery charges relating to the returned product.
- We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
- We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
- We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

How can I view my subscriptions?
To view your product subscriptions please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Well.Actually. account, if you do not have an account please create one using the same email address used when purchasing your subscription order.
2. From there you need to click the account icon in the top right corner of the page, this will take you to your account profile.
3. Underneath your 'Account details', press the 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION' button, this will take you to your subscription portal. From here you will be able to alter your subscriptions.
Please note when creating a subscription order this does not automatically create a Well.Actually. Customer Account. If you require further assistance, please contact our Customer Service Team.
