 The Well.Actually. warehouse team strives to ensure that orders are dispatched without delay. The team is committed to dispatching all orders within 24 hours, though it may take longer on rare occasions. Orders received on a non-working day will be dealt with on the next working day.

Orders received before 12pm will be processed on the same day whenever possible. This excludes weekends. Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be processed on a Monday. Excluding Bank Holidays and weekends.

Our prices do not include local taxes and import duty – you are responsible for paying any applicable import charges when the delivery reaches your country. Offers are only available while stocks last. If we cannot supply a product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible. If this happens, you may cancel your order, and we will refund you the money you paid.

  • We will notify you of the delivery costs before you submit your credit card details.
  • If you placed your order online but did not pay by credit card or ordered in any other way, don't hesitate to contact us for details of the delivery charges before ordering.
  • well-actually.co.uk aims to deliver products within the UK in 1-5 working days. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail. If sending by next-day courier, the couriers require a signature, so please specify an address where someone can sign for your products.
  • We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on well-actually.co.uk, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
  • If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time we quote, please contact us by telephone or email, and we will try and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you may cancel your order, and we will refund the money you have paid. Please note that while items sent by international airmail usually arrive within 4-14 working days, some parcels may take longer to be delivered.
  • Delivery costs will be based on the address you give, and these will be given to you before you submit your credit card details.
  • Please note that customs and import policies in some countries prohibit the importation of certain products. It is your responsibility to check your country's policies. We will not be liable for any loss which may have resulted from importation restrictions being in place.

      Cancellations

      Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods as long as you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to in their original, unopened and unused condition. Please note that gift wrapping, delivery, administration & payment processing fees are not refunded.

      If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team through our online form. Please provide your full name and order number as well as to make sure to request the "Note of Cancellation Form". Cancellations cannot be processed without this form. Contact Customer Service team using the online form on our contact page.

      Before the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout you can cancel your order online at any point. After this, we can NOT guarantee to stop your order being dispatched as this goes to a queue processing system. If your order has been processed when we receive your Notice of Cancellation Form, you will need to return your order following the Well-Actually.co.uk Returns process. Statutory rights are not affected.

       

      Damaged or Missing Items

      Please inspect your packaging upon delivery. Damages, defects, missing items or any errors not reported within 7 working days of receipt will not be accepted for return. You will be asked to return the product in its original packaging. Well-Actually.co.uk will replace the item to you free of delivery charge.

       

      Returns

      Well-Actually.co.uk will offer you a refund on unopened items returned to us within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original re-saleable condition. The refund will be issued excluding delivery, administration & payment processing fees and within 15 working days of receipt. Your statutory rights are not affected. To return any Well-Actually.co.uk items please follow these steps below:

      1. Contact our customer service team to obtain a Returns Form. Please make sure you provide your order reference number and which items you wish to return. Returns cannot be processed without a Returns Form. Contact our Customer Service team here.
      2. Follow the instructions received by the Well-Actually.co.uk Customer Service team and post your product(s). Please make sure you include the Returns Form in the original packaging and wrap the unopened products(s) securely. The returned product(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us. Well-Actually.co.uk is not liable for the cost of returning any goods.
