    Directions of use:

    Shake before use. Take 0.5 to 1ml (1/2 to 1 pipette) daily. Can be taken directly from the pipette or mix with a cold drink, smoothie, etc.

    0.5ml = D3-2000IU/K2-80mcg
    1ml = D3-4000IU-K2-160mcg
